Belkis Juliao joined the Park West team in 2021. Belkis has worked as an assistant teacher for many years, nine of them at the Lycee Francais of New York in the Kindergarten program. She also worked as a tutor and is experienced in caring for young children. Belkis has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University with a concentration in Child Psychology.
