Elise Ballard is overjoyed to be joining the team at Park West! Since graduating from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, she has combined her love of theatre arts and education as a classroom assistant. This set the scene for what Elise has pursued since - creating, exploring, and connecting with young children in ways that foster self expression and self discovery.  Elise is passionate about nature and arts integration in early education. She is currently working towards her Child Development Associate Certificate.
